Preregistration

 

The preregistration period for attendants will begin Tuesday the 10th of March at 9.30am and will conclude the 24th of April.

 

To preregister it will only be needed to fill in the corresponding form depending on whether you are a student or not. These forms will be available in our web page. Once the form is filled in, you will receive all the details to make your payment and preregistration official in your e-mail as soon as possible.

 

Places will be assigned according to preregistration order but the preregistration does not guarantee a place on the XII ENETI (see warning). In case of surpassing the capacity of the premises, a waiting list will be created based on the strict order of arrival of the forms.

Ticket prices:

 

-Students: 10 euros. Any person that is studying a degree, master’s degree or a doctorate will be considered as a student by the organization. Students must enclose the matriculation receipt for the academic year to the proof of payment to make the preregistration effective.

-Professionals: 50 euros.

 

WARNING

-Only preregistrations made using our web form will be processed.

-The stipulated period to send proof of payment starts at the moment when the XII ENETI organization sends the confirmation of the registration application.

-If the proof of payment is not received after 72 hours, the preregistration will be cancelled.

-The XII ENETI organization will not be held responsible for any incorrect payments. The interested parties must make sure that they are crediting the money to the right account.

-The registration payment is not refundable.
